OMC Dyno Day at Caseys Road and Race Neosho MO, OCTOBER 2006

This is our first dyno day (well half day as we only had about 3 hours of shop time) and I hope will not be our last. Everybody that attended had a great time.

The attendees are:
Front row; Bob and Nancy, Peggy and Ed, Will and Tami, Sheri and her daughter Bethanie.
Back row; (and in the dark!) John, Trent and Greg!

Here are some pictures, and numbers, from our Dyno Runs.

Trent and Greg's 1970 Duster
Greg and Trent's Duster   Timing Anyone?   Got Rings
The boys built the Duster for dragging and although Greg's got some neat measuring tools, nothing beats a place where you can run your car and not go anywhere! Tried some timing adjustments and found they needed to do some more work. Thanks guys for the nice fumes to start an afternoon! :-)
Best Numbers: 260 hp 323 ft-lbs

Will and Tami's 2005 SRT-4
Will's pre-run at 125MPH!   What I'd do, What I'd do!   Boy, is this GREAT!
Will has been wondering what the car will do. Laying down a few runs to get a stock baseline numbers is great so when Will gets around to adding a Stage II upgrade (or other mods), seeing the gains is great.
Had some excitement when starting as the car rolled sideways on the rollers the first time!
Best Numbers: 190 hp 222 ft-lbs

John's 2006 Mitsubishi Raider
MOPAR under the skin!   Future MOPAR Racer
John has some plans to help make the Raider breathe better and like Will, wanted to lay down some base line numbers to go back to. John was impressed with the TQ numbers. He's coming back after the new dual exhaust gets on it to see what increased!
The fun part was John let Bethanie drive the truck!
Best Numbers: 167 hp 296 ft-lbs

Bob and Nancy's 1970 Road Runner
Getting instructions   Straped and Ready!
Bob was having some carb troubles and running on the dyno pointed him in a direction to solve it! Had some excitement as the upper radiator hose came loose. Bob tried some timing adjustments and a loose ground on the head popped up. Bob has some work to do and it should wake up the Road Runner!
Best Numbers: awaiting numbers

Random Dyno Shots
Mopar boys   Tami's in the house!   What's an OMC event without John's Butt
Random pictures during the day to catch us at our best!

Cruise at Grove OK
Cruising Grove   Way Cool   Ed and Peggy caught in rear view
After the dyno run we went over to Grove to join in on the Cruise! Fun Time
